I am looking for a house approx 130sqm+ 3 bedrooms with pool in the alsancak/lapta area around £110k from a developer/builder.

I dont want a resale, madness I hear you say but there is a reason.

Contact Nejip Atasar, he has 2 offices in Alsancak on the main road, left hand side if you are travelling from Girne to Lapta. He also has a Yard/Office at the ravine, which is near to the local school on the border of Alsancak/Lapta border. He is a very good quality builder. Sorry I have lost his Tel. No. I don't own one of his houses, but I do know people who have bought from him, I think he is a quality builder.
