Thanks to a team of ten volunteers, today we built three kennels, and cut out 8 more for assembly next monday,so by next week we will have constructed 11 new kennels, thats 11 more dogs that are more comfortable in the wet and cold season, and have shelter from the sun whatever that is.

To the ladies involved, you now have a city and guilds qualification in kennel building

Again many thanks,it would make sense to have a list of people and their abilities on a data base,so if you want to help out 1 day a month would you e mail me with your details and contact details, please head your e mail Kennel build kar

Best wishes

Hi Stuart

Thankyou I really enjoyed helping today. It's good to know the dogs will be more cosy and warm in this horrible weather.

I do appreciate the City and Guilds Qualification in kennel building but I thought we also qualified as Gophers.

Thanks Diane.

Hi Stuart

stuartsim@ayza.net has failed again. Is this your current Email. I know mine is out of date, but cant change it within my profile. Please send a test msg to nigelreeves@gmx.co.uk, and we can establish comms.

Thoroughly enjoyed the mornings work today, and met many new faces as well. If anybody has thought about helping KAR for a short while without over committing yourself, then I would recommend popping in on one of Stuart's future gatherings

A "Thank You" to Stuart for organising this morning and also for your guidance in kennel building!!

Really enjoyed meeting new faces as well as having cuddles with the dogs.

Good to know that they will have much needed new kennels.

I hope that anyone who has a couple of hours free will be encouraged to participate in any future help needed

at the centre.

It really is rewarding and I have the utmost admiration for the staff who work at the centre, especially in this weather.

All the staff at the KAR Centre would like to thank Stuart and his team of volunteers very much for all their help in building new kennels for our dogs. You all did a fantastic job. It was a very cold wet and windy day but you all stuck at it. Hope to see you all again in the future even if just for a social visit to walk some dogs. The dogs say a very big thank you too.

WELL DONE x
