Butterfly, it may sound silly but have you checked your trip-switch. Mine tripped when the power came back on but as i saw that all others around me had power I checked my electric box

found it to be tripped so re-set it and had power like everyone else ?

Just a thought.

Could it be the bill?

How times have changed, people complaining about powercuts and how long they last.



I went from June 2007 until Jan 2009 with NO ELECTRIC and managed and never complained. Amazing as how reliant we all get once it is connected!

Thanks for you comments and advise, but is definately is part of the ongoing problem, all surrounding neighbours and supreme supermarket (i believe) are victims. As of this am, brown down now happening, hopefully today!!!!!
