Reanland, timeshare it is not! Fractional ownership is being offered of a 50% basis, meaning the unit will literally have two owners. |

Timeshare as defined does not apply where an individual owns more than 4 consecutive weeks of occupation in a property.
Fractional ownership is increasingly popular/prevalent. The interesting part will be the basis on which the property is owned, whether it is real ownership or a right of occupation shared between two owners. Both models are on the market over the world.
