Where is the Seslikaya Hotel / Lefkosa

I'm looking for the Seslikaya Otel, Cumhuriyet sokak, Old city, Lefkosia. This hotel is recommended in the Lonely Planet, and the brand new Bradt Guide.



But I can't find it on a map ... Bradt say that he is close of Saray Hotel.



Could someone add the exact house in

i do not thik that you would like a hotel in that street. İ think it would be better to stay somewhere more central. İ live in nicosia and have never even heard of that hotel

i have just remembered where i have seen the name of that hotel.. İ think it is more of a pansion NOT a hotel. İt is opposite a bank that i sometimes go in.

Rsalih : have an other try in wikimapia : it's quite easy : you clifk "add place" - move the red corners of the square/rectangle to fit it to the building - click "save" - fill the form with the name in the pop up - go down of the pop up and save.



And what is "more central" for you ?



This place is definitely more a pension than a ***hotel, but I dislike ***hotel ! I prefer guesthouse, local pension and hostel when I travel. Ofen more easy ty met local people, and I just sleep, without using using the casino, pool, restaurant, etc.



This one seem to in the old town, clean (and close of Saray). It's just for one night, before going round north of Cyprus. The landlady is nice on the phone.



I'll tell you how it was when I come back !

İ meant that it is in a side street no car parking during the day because there is no room .And in the night quite quiet. Although on a good note the it is very near the lomaci walking check point for crossing into the south. tried putting on map but everytime i got to the end and pressed add it kept telling me to add which i did. ANYWAY YOU CAN FİND İT, İF YOU LOOK AT ATATURK SQUARE (SARAYÖNU) YOU WİLL SEE A TRİANGULAR PLOT OF HOUSES OR SHOPS , İT İS ON THE RİGHT HAND SİDE OF THAT PLOT... iF YOU LOOK AT SAZİ,S RESTAURANT THE BORDER İS ABOUT 100 METRES FROM THERE.

The hotel, and the rooms, are very simple, but clean, and the mattress was good.

We pay 70 YTL for a double, without breakfast.



As the choices are limited in Leflkosa ...
