I thought these had to go on the buying selling section?-plus a lot of repetitive ads no doubt from the same peeps using multiple identities-any one else noticed the proliferation of these lately?

I thought that the events section was to show what events are on, everyone knows how to use it, it might stop the same three or four people advertising the same events. I have to say it does get a bit boring, and smacks of desperation too.

A friend of mine was recently banned for putting BTTT on his for sale ad and yet these commercial posters are allowed to continually post the same messages numerous times a day. It is REALLY annoying :(

Beginning to drive me up the wall. Why can't this forum be used for it's correct purpose. Let commercial businesses either pay for Ads or at least place them in the correct section. It's betting out of hand and BORING.

Must agree, although you do not need to read them, you need to scroll past them.

Of course if they are paying for the privilege - then that is something totally different. Could be wrong, but somehow doubt that!

I have been a member of this board for several years and have never known so many for sale and wanted ads in this section. Why do these items not appear in the correct area ie "items for sale and wanted" ? Is there any way the Mods can filter them out as I personally am fed up trawling through these to find a proper discussion.
