Extend Compensation V Mutimax - strikes

Any one know what compensation Extend is to offer for the lack of internet during the strikes, Even though not thier fault - MUTIMAX is offering 7 days free to all customers - Question - Do extend value thier customers like Mutimax do -

I got a text during the strike from Extend which I translated as saying they were going to give me 7 days free because of the strike disruption (hope I translated right!)

I wonder if Nethouse have plans to punish me with an extra seven days of their internet, which,on a good day is rubbish?

Are you sure about the Multimax 7 days. My subscription just ended today so I was cut off and had to ring multimax as Kemal had said that those that had been affected by the first day of the power cuts would receive a day for each hour. We were cut off for 4 hours but this was not automatically added to our subscription so I had to call there offices this morning and ask for it to be added. Did you get a text to say that an extra week would be given.

Its already explained what compensation will be given with a warning that implementation into every account will take time.
