Just a quick message to remind everyone that you can find me tomorrow at Chateau Lambousa market in Lapta or Sunday morning at the market beside Pine Bay (weather permitting on Sunday of course).



If you have unwanted gold sitting around collecting dust, why not cash in on it while prices are good?



Whether it's complete or broken, twisted or tangled chains, rings missing stones, bent earrings or missing backs, it doesn't matter.



You can bring your gold to me either at the Açmenya restaurant market in Alsancak on Thurdays 11-3, Chateau Lambousa market on Saturday mornings 8:30-12:30, and Pine Bay Sunday market 8.30-12:00 in Karaoglanoglu.



I will give you Cash, not cheque, there and then.

suggest you look for current gold prices on the internet there is also an I Phone App which updates all hours. NO one can give you a price until they know the weight and the purity but the people buying are making a profit so be careful who you deal with, remmebr few people do anything for nothing

Hi Selpak, sorry I didn't get back sooner.

I'm basing my price on the gold price being £35.53 per gram, so for 9K £13, 18K £25.65. Unless you're carrying gold bullion I doubt you have 24K. Better to bring along to me or contact me off the forum and we'll meet up then I can take a look at the marks, weigh it up etc. and make you an offer.



GM1504, rocky is right, there's a few things I would need to look at before I could give you a price. Could you bring it along to one of the markets for me to see please?

Hi pippie. sorry i thought coins are pure gold. I have a few krugerrands and 2- 1800s twenty dollar coins and an 1703 Five Guinea coin also some old wedding brooches and Pins .

I shall try and get out to see you when the weather get's better.

Just to let everyone know that tomorrow I will be at the Açmenya restaurant market in Alsancak if you want to come to see me with any gold you want to sell. You can find me there 11-2pm (ish).



To find the restaurant, driving from Girne towards Lapta, at the Golden Lady Statue and the old Astro supermarket take the left hand fork towards the village. Then take the next left and the restaurant is approx. 100yds along on the right hand side.



If the sun is out we're usually outside however, if debatable (and cold) we'll be indoors.

And if you're looking to buy anything I have on offer, don't delay. If you see something you like, now is a good time before you miss out. I felt sorry today for the lady who had been looking at an 18K white and yellow gold bracelet for the last few weeks, longing after buying it. It was sold last weekend and today she was upset she had missed the opportunity to buy something she really wanted.
