If anyone has recently obtained their shared deeds can they please give me some idea of the time scale involved for them; i.e applying to receiving.

2-3 months following application and payment of taxes.

We applied and paid taxes in April 2011 got our Kocan 5th Jan

depends on your luck and how much work they got to do in the land registry and how many cups of coffee they will be drinking !1 took me 2 over a year to get it for a flat I purchased off Abaras. Also depends on the company you buying from whether they compete all the snagging for the final approval !!
