Can anyone help? When I switch Digiturk on, I get the display at the top of the screen that you usually get when you switch channels, telling you the channel number and what's on, but nothing else - no picture or sound. I've tried taking the card out, and the subscription is fully paid up. Has anyone else had this problem? If I go back to Digiturk, do I need just the card or the whole box?

Many thanks.

Have you tried re-tuning....

The box should automatically be able to re-tune to all the channels it can see.

First check the cable from the dish is properly seated into the back of the box.

Press the Opts (Green) button and using the arrow keys on the remote move the cursor to the symbol of the satellite dish, select Automatic Search..

See if this finds any channels...

Otherwise I can only suggest a trip with box and card to the DigiTurk office on Monday...

the only problem i can see with Digiturk is that the selection of English channels leaves a lot to be desired.....

The thought of long winter evenings watching BBC Prime......

You have to take your box and Remote control back with you, I have had many problems and had to go back on several occasions, why they need your remote is silly but I had to go back and get mine

Thanks for all your advice - switched it off at the mains for a few minutes, and this seems to have solved the problem!

Usually all digital TV receivers play up now and again but they are OK once rebooted...

Always power off from mains, then switch back on after few minutes before raising the alarm.
