We used them when we bought our apartment. We found them fine - just heard our deeds are ready.

It appeared that we had no problems - all was going according to plan

THEN THE SHIT HIT THE FAN!!!!!

They left us in the biggest pile of crap possible through

Incompetence !!!!!

Lies !!!!!

Malpractice !!!!!!

Duff Worthless Contracts !!!!!!!

Taking money for procedures related to the new 2008 law - As the landowner had not signed the contract it was invalid anyway, but they still took the money and we had to come over here to pay it.

Crap!!! Crap!!! and still living in Crap with no house after 5 years.

Thanks to Sener Law Firm

Word of advice......................don't take recommendations from those that have not got their deeds yet. Their conveyancing has not been completed as yet, so it's a little premature to be acting on their recommendations.

Often the fun starts when you attempt to get your deeds. Many have been fooled by listening to glowing reports from buyers at the very early stages of the conveyancing procedure or those that have moved into their homes but still don't legally own them.

There are enough people on this forum who have successfully completed and can speak with experience. Did the Estate Agent recommend this advocate?

Good luck

One of my neighbours put a posting on here regarding their practices and Sener Law Firm had it taken off by threatening legal action.
