Anyone know a shop that sells them - preferably the single cup size?

Don't know about single cup, but I bought the usual size in 1001 in Famagusta. They call it French Press.

Alphamega have them in stock for free when you buy the Monarch coffee. About €6 per pack.

Thanks for the replies. I already have a 1litre capacity one that I brought when I came here but it is a bit big for making 1 cup.

I will try the TRNC suggestions because it is a personal vow of mine to not contribute to the economy of the South after what they have done, and still do, to the Turkish Cypriots. I may be cutting of my nose etc. - but it is important to me.

Good for you, I feel the same, have never shopped in the South yet, had to fly to and from Larnaca unfortunatelybecause there were no flights in the winter from Gatwick(Stansted is just too far for us. Took our son 7 hours there and back), but then I am not depriving any NC company of profits anyway.

Gloria Jeans coffee shop sells them. Ask in the Kyrenia branch, if they do not have them in stock they will order you one from Lefkosa (next day). They are extremely polite and helpful.
