Hi Shif,

Angela again! Please ignore my previous post - I misread it. I thought you were offering Bellycise classes. Sorry.

Hi Shif,

Just read Angela reply. I was also thinking it was a Bellycise class, (my fault). Can you clarify the difference please, as I have only ever been to one class, and that was a bellycise class last week. As I arrived the teacher told us she was leaving at the weekend! Now I am hooked!!! Are they very different?

Hiya Denise ;))

Ok no problem at all, I will explain the difference,

Bellydance classes are a lesson in the art of middle eastern

Dance breaking down the movements and taking

Our time in perfecting each style & technique this

Is still a great work out for the body you just

Don't really realise how much of a workout

Your body is getting because it doesn't feel

Like " keep fit ",it's much slower paced than the

Bellysize classes, the bellysize classes are more

Like an aerobic workout, an energetic dance

To middle eastern music using ALL the techniques & styles

Of Bellydance infused with gypsy & flamenco

We always start all classes with a warm up then a

Meditative cool down, with refreshments given after

The class!!!

IF you ladies prefer bellysize then that's great

Really as I am already teaching belly classes on a Tuesday

So this would be our first class doing Bellysize

Which is lots of fun may I add ;)) so I hope this helps and isn't too confusing :0
