The class is aimed at the older generation. The area is not huge so a small group works well too.





WHAT IS ZUMBA .... ita a latin inspired dance fitness class featuring motivation music with moves that tone and sculpt. Its pure fun and ideal for any fitness and weight level. No experience necessary
