Praise for Arcelik Service

We had excellent service from Arcellik service department, called re a cooker fault on Saturday morning - Saturday afternoon dishwasher went bang. The engineers came on Monday afternoon repaired both appliances quickly and efficiently at a total charge which was a fraction of a call out fee in the UK. Can highly recommend for appliance repairs.

Have you got their service department number in Lefkosa please as I have lost it and need them to come out and look at my dishwasher? Yes must say they have always been excellent with me in the past when I have needed something repairing

Thanks Barno and Alastair. I filled in the online form yesterday. They phoned me today to say they would be with me in 45 minutes. Came and fixed my dishwasher. All working now and they only charged me 40 tl. Excellent service.
