| Hello,
We would like to apologize that there is currently an interruption in Multimax Service in Upper Kyrenia, Karakum, Arapkoy, some parts of Esentepe, Bahceli and Tatlisu.
The problem is caused by a chain of problems that has happened in the past few hours. Even though Multimax pays extra attention to provide every basestation with redundant links and backups to minimize such interruptions, a very specific set of locations were hit by a combination power related issues combined with apparent malfunctions in 3 locations that has unfortunately caused a total of 8 basestations to go down.
Engineering teams have already been informed and we expect the issue to be sorted early in the morning.
Once the situation is sorted, we will evaluate what has gone wrong and further reanalyze our network topology and make necessary adjustments in order to prevent further such incidents from happening.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

| As of 9:30am, 7 of the 8 basestations has been recovered and up and running again.
Only one basestation in Bahceli-Esentepe area is not working at the moment. Estimated time for recovery is approximately 2 hours.
A suitable compensation will be calculated and applied to customers' accounts that were affected.
