| Went out for a race night in aid of charity,paid my bar bill for two,it came to 51tl,no problems there,soon as i paid my bill i ordered another pint and paid with a 50tl note,guess what no change,asked for my change and got a mouthful of abuse,two people at the bar who had nothing to do with the charity party or me,confirmed to the bar staff that i had paid with a 50tl note and had not received my change.
Still they refused to give me my change.
Went back yesterday to ask for my change after first checking with witnesses the exact sequence of events that night,you guessed it Mus refused.
I did mention to the owner,my options,the police as i had witnesses,cyprus44,the health ministry as we saw an elderly man in the kitchen smoking a cigar,he just laughed oh well he has got my 45tl but i suspect he will lose a lot of custom by his behaviour |

| This seems very wrong Swyflot as you had 2 independent witnesses who spoke up for you. Maybe the owner may wish to comment as he is a regular advertiser of events at his bar/restuarant on here or give you your change of 45tl back. |

Your bill came to 51 tl in which you paid me. Then you did order an Extra Pint and you threw a 5tl folded bank Note. The Bar Man put this into the blue till. 5 Minutes later you asked for change. The Bar Man and i witnessed you paid 5tl. We have 2 tills one for 50s and 100s bank Notes and the blue till for 5s, 10s 20s Notes. We showed you the blue till there were No 50tl bank Notes in it only 5s, 10s and 20s.
THEN YOU TRIED TO ATTACK THE 75 YEAR OLD BAR MAN AND CALLED HIM A THIEVING TURKISH BASTARD PUSH A 65 YEAR OLD ELDERY WOMAN AND FORCE YOURSELF INTO THE BAR.YOU WERE VERY ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE TO THE ELDERY COUPLE. YOU ALSO TRIED TO ATTACK A MEMBER OF THE PRESS.
YOU WERE DRUNK AND DISORDELY. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON THE 27th JANUARY.
ON THE NIGHT WE WERE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE POLICE. YOU LEFT.
I Have done a bit of Research and found out you are a well known trouble maker and your witness was a Bar Man from a Neighbouring Bar. |

If it was a charity night, then I assume there were a lot of people there who could confirm / deny what has been said in post 8 |

| I waited for several days before I approached you for repayment of the 45tl,this was because I needed to make sure I was correct,and after talking to the 2 witnesses I came to see you.
It was a 50tl note and I never throw money at people.
A well known trouble maker I don`t think so.
After the incident,a lady who was at the event,in a seperate party confirmed that the amount was 50tl
With regard to the 75 year old,he told me to come behind the bar and accuse him face to face,that would be the same 75 year old seen smoking a cigar over the food in the kitchen.
My witness comes from a family much respected in the local area,he is most certainly no barman from a local competitor.
I would state that I am not a liar nor a thief,and have no itention of adding anything more to this debate |
