Need a reccomendations about the best companies which let you buy a property in a credit; lending terms. Or property in installments. Any information would be appreciated.

When we bought our place from Ozyalcin the terms were 25% deposit and the balance on completion. But if they are still giving the same terms and conditions I do not know but worth asking as they have some major developments going on at the moment.

I would have thought (after initial deposit) Stage Payments were a better option, that way you can check each stage before you pay..or not

I was out here every 6 weeks to check on progress and Ozyalcin did not get the balance until not only the villa was complete but all outstanding snagging was carried out. The contract build time was 12 months but they completed in 11 months including all 'minor' snagging.
