She is only here for 10 days so it looks like a busy time at the bank for her

Hi Deniz

In October 2011 I to had to go to the central bank to withdraw funds. The procedure we had to follow was first of all go to continental bank in Ataturk ave in Nicosia . From the front it looks as though it has closed down . Park up at the front and proceed around to the back , There is a door at the rear go up some stairs and you will find an office were there is what i took to be adminitrators. Show them your bank book and passport they will photo copy them . They then issue you with a statement and they fax your docs to the Central bank. You then need to go round to the Central bank its only two blocks away and go through a similar procedure. Although it is time consuming it is an experience and as per you are being dealt with by really pleasant TCs.

Best of Luck

ronaldo
