As I understand it, the employer is supposed to obtain the work permit.

I believe I paid around 700tl last time but then I get our accountant to sort it out so there is a fee for doing it included.

We always get 2 year work permits and last year they cost 475 tl. Then our accountant charges 200 tl to do all the necessary running around to the appropriate departments. Then you have monthly Soysal Sigorta and Ithiyat Sandigi payments to pay out.

Where is your proof "reporting" that they are not being issued. Well my 2 year runs out at the end of March so I will be applying for mine again, I will let you know if it is granted.

message 3. Once you have a work permit and you have worked 6 months on that permit you get tranfer rights for example as a waiter you could go somewhere else as a waiter only.
