I have been in regular contact with harriette at Boyuts for about 3 years now.

Since December I have not had any reply to any of my emails addressed to admin@boyut, also have tried phoning and been told the number is not assigned.

Can anyone enlighten me please, as concerned as Lawyer knows nothing either!!

Gusanova,

as some of the information is nearly a year old you may well be aware of it. The thread suggests that the HBPG were in touch with lots of the buyers so it may well be worth contacting them?

Im sorry to say Bradus that there is still nothing new.

I expect its the same in the whole of the Construction Industry as are waiting on any new laws to be passed, especially the one about the Bank Interest Charges.

Gus,

I was under the impression that the Government had recently decided not to amend the suggested legal changes to Bank Interest rates. Can't remember where I read this but I'll try and find the article.

Yes I read that too, but I understand that although he has refused to sign it, he is using his 'Presidential Perrogative' but its being revamoed. This I cannot confirm but are led to beleive that its common practise here.

Like our Lords delaying things, but he is aware of such a groundswell of opinion that even his own party are seeking this so I keep my fingers crossed that soon a sensible deal will be reached and he signs off on it!
