9.50am UK time the official temp at RAF Cranwell was -6c and the low overnight there was -14c and Cranwell is about 8 miles from where we live and we still have a load of snow lying around!!

Hallo BBB - very pleased to see you on the forum. I keep looking for you and now I've found you!!! How are you and family and,of course the dog(s)? We arrived in UK at the beginning of Julyand although summer was

reasonable and dry, I was busy getting organised. Not done too well on the organisation front, but maybe soon!!! You remember I got a home for our 2 dogs, for which I am very grateful, but I miss them so much. I don't know how they are, but I can only hope with all my heart they are well and happy.

As for this cold weather, we seem to have a nice little corner here and only woke up to snow Sunday 4th and all the week it has been going away. Beautiful sunny days all week and very pleasant indeed.

Glad I've "found" you and hope to keep in touch. Needless to say, I lost your email address in the move.
