For boxes that have bottle sections in, why not try the supermarkets and ask for their empty wine bottle boxes?

I now need to find Polystarin chips, Very thin sheets of Polystarin and thin sheets of plywood so we can make boxes up for 1/4 scale radio control aircraft.

I bring bottles of wine in in my hold luggage regualrly, wrapping it in a double wrap of carboard, and taped, with 3-4 bottles wrapped together and have never had a breakage (yet), might be easier to go to the back of a supermarket and get old boxes.

Failing that most of the better stocked Yapi's sell bubblewrap.

just take a normal box, place your bottles evenly and tuck in lots of old newspapers in the cavities..
