temp residency visa for husband and wife

do both husband and wife have to pay for residency or does it cover them both. Is there a system in place to do both together

You can do both together as a joint application but you have to provide copies of all required documents for both of you, every year and, as Rowlo says, you both have to pay.

That's definitely right, did it last year as we are over 60, he gave us the option of having two years, but double the money of course. at least it saved one day of hassle

You need to be there no later than 7.30 am to be able to get in and out quickly.

Early! They now have a number scheme I believe, so you get a number like in a bank. They only do a few (about 22) a morning - or did - at Girne.

Went this morning 7.30 on the dot ..

Added our names onto a list .. Our nos were 5 & 6 ..

8.00 a policeman appears with numbered tickets .. No1 to first name on the list ..

Names 2 3 & 4 on the list had gone walkabout .. Hence we got nos 2 & 3 ..

Done & dusted about 8.20 ..
