Wake up to Bellycise!!!!

10.30am

Come and enjoy a 1 hour bellycise workout, an aerobic style workout using all the styles of

Middle eastern dance (bellydancing) this is a full on cardio workout to make you sweat, lose the weight and tone up that tum!!!

No need to have bellydanced before, just come along dressed for a workout, shimmy belts provided if you would like to have one on for effect!!!

Pls note I give bellydance classes on Monday mornings at 10.30am if you are wanting to learn the art of middle eastern dance!
