| Can anyone tell me, what is the after sales and back up service is like from Mutimax ?? I had a problem recently with Extend and it took 4 days for them to come around and fix the problem. |

| The customer service is probably the best of any industry in TRNC. We were with Extend through Arriva and enjoyed their service but it has to be said that Multimax's service is really very very good |

| Normally the backup service is excellent. I have two friends that had problems, multimax responded the same day. One needed a cable renewing on the roof, my other friend needed something doing on the roof and they were out the same day even during the kibtec problems. |

| Their post-sales service is 2nd to none - the best we have experienced in our 3+yrs here and equal to the best we have encountered in Germany and Hong Kong - both countries noted for their service to customers. You'll not regret going with Multimax. They even tell their customers when there is likely to be problems (even outwith their control), how long the problem will last, its effect on areas covered and when it will be fixed. |

| Had a problem the other night at about 10pm - was going to wait until the morning to call Multimax, but then used their on-line support system. Got a reply within seconds saying they would look into it, and then a further reply within minutes to say the problem was resolved. |

| Excellent support from Multimax. When I had problems with their initial setup three Multimax staff, including Kemal the owner, called on a Sunday and stayed until all the problems were sorted. |
