I see in the mid week paper that the Police are mounting extra plain clothed cops to patrol the Old Harbour and Castle area, due to a large increase of drug use and sexual activity...So we are catching up here after all ..

On a more "Positive" note, I see that although the drug problem is increasing World Wide, Sir Paul McCartney at age 69 , has decided to give up" marijuana" in order to take care of his 8 year old Daughter....A truly responsible piece of Parenting....
