A new mixed voice accapella singing group is about to be launched in the TRNC. If you enjoy singing (as a participant) and like the songs of The Mamas and Papas, The Flying Pickets, Simon and Garfunkel, The Swingle Singers, The Drifters, Manhatton Transfer, Queen and many others then why not pop along to The Waterfront in Lapta on Tuesday next at 7.30 for the inaugural get-together of this proposed new group. It is then hoped rehearsals will commence the following Tuesday. Male singers especially welcome. For more information, call Peter on 0542 8793051 or just turn up on Tuesday.

I need to develop my vocal range (which is limited at the moment) do you think it would be worthwhile for me to get involved? I will add that my music preferences are rock and blues music but I am willing to get involved if I think I can develop my (lack of) singing skills.
