Do Nethouse provide a free VPN?

As above. Do Nethouse provide their customers with a free VPN?. I would be interested to know, and also if anyone receives a fast enough service to use one?.

We had a free UK VPN from NN but then they said this is why our speed is so slow!! So, they changed it back and our speed goes up and down like a yo-yo still. It is so slow sometimes, we cant perform a speed check.

Yep Nethouse speeds are not reliable enough, my internet speed is up and down like Whores Draws and has been ever since I joined.

I use NetHouse in the Famagusta area and in the main get the speeds I pay for. I sent them an Email enquiring about VPNs and as per usual on this piece of paradise got ignored. They do not want our business (clearly). I am tied in 'til December and there are few other options in this area.

Yes, phone them and ask for it. If you google on this board something like 'free VPN Nethouse' you will see other posts about it, one of them started by Barry because we encountered speed problems which Nethouse said it is because we have a UK VPN. They removed it during the phone call, it has made no difference as such. Try it for yourself, internet is a bit hit and miss at the best of times! Regards, Mrs Snakes.
