After reading the posts for the last two days and the articles in Cyprus Today, I wonder if we losing sight of the Objective in the demands for "justice". The original objective being the raising of money for charity.

Yes, it is gratifying that the "villains" of the piece have been halted in their tracks. and have offered to make good the deficit. (an admission of guilt in my book ??) Part of which has been paid and the rest to be paid over a period of time. To go to the law now may prejudice the full payment in the long term and the objective will not be fully achieved. If the money is fully recovered, and in the common knowledge that they didn't get clean away with it, would this not be better end..a form of justice within itself.????

First sensible post in a week. Much etter not to go to court and loose a case than have a not guilty verdict clearing their name for ever. Some of the barrack room would be lawyers on this board have less common than yous mate.

Somebody shut that Radio Bird up too, big stick is all she has to offer. I seen this elkinton geezer, gonna buy him a pint at next windy hill gig.

Never mind F11 - fed up with the whole thing anyway.

Big question is where and how much???????????????????????????????????

Who is selling the tickets and how much are they??????????????????

The Bohemians were great and I for one will be more than happy to go and pay and sing (well kind of) along yet again and have a magic evening.

Anybody with any information please let me know as I also have visitors that week and would just love to take them to see this act. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Personally speaking, if someone ripped me off, I would rather see them rot in jail than pay me the money back..Why can't they do both, pay back the money and rot in jail ?

Msg 10,

Good point. But both scenarios are possible and definitely more desirable. Money back and Robbers jailed.
