The TRNC Slimmers World - RED PLAN is a high protein plan.
You can eat UNLIMITED fish, meat and poultry of all kinds (so long as you remove all visible fat and skin and cook without fat)Fish & Chips NO PROBLEM
Fish is UNLIMITED so you can have a whale on your plate if you wish (and Slimmers World chips)
16oz T-Bone steak - NO PROBLEM
1/2 a chicken - EASY!!!!
and wash it all down with your favourite tipple!!!!!
AND still loose weight. |

steak and mushrooms ın whıte wıne and cream sauce yum
