I have a tree full of big lemons free to anyone who wants to come and pick them will be a shame to just let them fall and rot.

Pipie,next time it rains I will make some.I have some nice 1.5l bottles and will make concentrated juice.Just add water !!!!Pleased to give you a bottle when you are over.



Ps I made about 20 jars last year,everyone who tasted it,wanted a jar to take home !!!

Hi Yvonne.Shown to me my a Cypriot friend,and it is yummie !!!!Just equal portions of lemon juice and sugar.Mix 'til sugar is dissolved.



When making the long drink with water and ice,It is about the same quantity of concentrate in a glass as the amount you must have used when mixing Robinson's orange juice.

Do you heat it? Or just keep stirring it? I've always made a syrup and then added the lemon juice. This sounds even better.

I usually make have a bottle with the juice and all the sugar,put the top on ,and shake vigously.Sugar usually dissolves in 5/10 mins.Then top up with rest of lemon juice.If any residual sugar,when bottle full.Put in fridge with top not quite tight,and shake again next day.Then I freeze,put when you take out to use in those warm days[just around the corner]loosen top slightly
