There's also a brilliant exercise to lose weight too.

Just sit or stand upright and gently turn your head from side to side about 3 times - do this when anybody offers you food and you will see the benefit in no time.

There were two friends in a cafe one said to the other "I am on two diets" her friend said "why two diets" she answered "because I don't have enought to eat on one".

AHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhh Buttttttttttt !!!

THIS IS NOT A DIET -

- NOTHING IS Banned

- YOU choose what to eat and drink (tipples too)

- NEVER go hungry

Have a full English Breakfast

Full Sunday Roast with Yorkies

Seafood/ham or other salad for tea

and a 16oz T Bone steak for supper - with snacks in between and treats

DOES THAT SOUND LIKE A DIET TO YOU??????

I too have a brilliant exercise on this Healthy food plan, it is much easier that the one you suggest: you put your chin on your chest and then look up to the sky. She say YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

This also takes the wrinkles out of your neck

Do you also sew up mouths? - Just joking. My daughter was a Slimming World Consultant for 10 years a long time ago. All her clients lost weight and she gained 4 stone! Turns out she was brilliant at motivating other people but not herself.

Suehowlittle:

Maybe you daughter should come to one of the classes here and get the motivation.

With the fresh fruit and veg, lovely cheeses, cheap spirits - it is a great place to get motivated
