Garage recommendations

I am looking for a descent garage to service a 1998 Vitara jeep, which has a problem with the engine kicking back when it is being driven, but not when it is standing & idling. I have tried ziggy & also the garage next to sams place in Alsancak some time ago but the problem was not solved, so need someone that knows or specialises in these jeeps.

I am not bothered which area, just need it sorting out.

T junction turn left (right to go to Rafters)



Immediately fork left ..



Cross roads ..



Car repair shop is on the left



Ask for Mustafa he speaks quite good English ..

As message 5! Fix's and services my Pajero without a fault, I know he deals with vitara's as well. Do not be put off by the state of the garage please, these guys work all hours and days and really know what they are doing. Good honest work for good rates.

kemal is the owner a little english spoken but his son who runs dice cafe next to garage speaaks good english

Ali in Alsancak. Very good. Has the latest of everything. He has a computersied diagnostic system called "Launch". http://www.launchtech.co.uk/x431-master



Saves loads of trial and error. Very clean garage. I was told he trained at Canger (BMW). Young guy. Keeps most spare parts in stock. Reasonable prices. Service costs all marked up on wall. Excellent English.



These directions are the easiest, but not the shortest. Once you've been, you will understand!



Turn left at the Post Office (assuming the post office is on your left). Carry on as far as you can go right past Old Milos. Then turn right at the bust stop and start to come back down the road. About 1k you will see his garage on your left.

Basically you are driving up one side of the ravine, then coming back down.

I had mine serviced at Rose Gardens this week. Excellent job for a good price. Would highly recommend them.

Steve,Ask John ex mambos to tell you where his garage is in Alsancak,it sounds like the one mentioned in post 12.He did have a lot of specialist gear last time i was in there.
