I wanted to share with you, the fantastic service I have rec'd with the company who installed Nilesat two years ago, I turned on the tv tonight - no signal - I telephoned the company and within 30 mins, they were sorting out the problem which is now fixed. I would not have rec'd this serviced back in the uk, if you are interested, the telephone number for the company is 05338431149

Am not sure where they are based, I have only ever had their telephone number which I got from the news paper two years ago. I am so impressed with them and they are really nice guys.

lookinglooking, I cant remember the cost now as it was two years ago, but it was a one off payment, give the guy a call, 05338431149.

A quick 'Google' in the search box at the top of the page tells me that it's 'Techpoint' - they're mentioned in msg 3 of this thread: -

I had another look at the link, & I realise that I mis-read the post - Techpoint were the Internet providers - the satellite person was called 'Dan'
