Help, I am looking for seeds ' n ' grains for my bread.



I have found this on the back of the "Kepekli Un" bag but cannot work out what it says even with my dictionary.



Turkish speakers please help

Thankyou - not at all what I am looking for. This soke (umlaut missing over the o) is not too good either, it has a funny pinky look which is wrong. The raw flour looks OK but when baked is definitely a pink shade which I found alarming.



Anyway, the bread was horrible as I had forgotten to add salt (going senile I think!)

There has to be a seeds n grains mix somewhere on the island. Anyone know?
