WARNING TO ALL !!!!! i accidently came across a child porn site this am whilst searching in google / bing images for free ticket printables ( not sure which one produced the vile page) so be aware that things like this can be hidden behind seemingly innocent images, i for one will no longer let my children look anything up on these sites. I Have reported the site but i am in complete shock and feel sick to the stomach as it was so horrific.

As far as I know they have a filter for safe viewing. Make sure that the safe filter is activated. Of course the kids are usually better then their parents in altering the settings.



Last time I visited UK was in 1979 and I heard many stories then about video shops and the police playing cat and mouse games. Apparently those caught had to face serious penalties. However, in the end the European cousins won the porn war and the Danes went as far as having sex shows on stage. Now its all free on TV. Call it civilization if you like. I feel that no matter what we do we cannot protect our kids from such exposure. I am not at all sure about its after effects on children. After all they do see the dogs and cats in action so often. so perhaps its all facts of life. I would like to have more input from psychologists on the subject. I am sure there must be lots of research into this subject.

i wouldn't have minded so much if it was standard porn thats normal and you are bound to come across some nude images at some point when trawling the web, however this was full on graphic images of children being abused. i always have safe mode on strict but this seemed to get through, so just wanted to warn everyone of the possibility of stumbling across it when using these two sites.

We never used google images in the ICT suite at the primary school where I taught in the UK, as quite innocuous searches trawled up all kinds of fetish sites.

History of chocolate research gave many interesting uses for it apart from eating.

Shoes through history research raised some very odd?!!! Fetish sites.

Slavery and it's abolition, well I guess you can get the picture.........................

Not at all appropriate for young children!!

Obviously we could monitor the children and their searches in school, but at home, even though parents were given warnings about the internet, many children still accessed these sites.
