We the KLDS have been asked frequently lately if our equipment is for sale as we have finished or collapsed. This is just to say. WE ARE STILL IN ACTION, TWO CLASSES A WEEK MONDAY AND TUESDAY'S AT CLUB SEMINA. AND ALSO AT ANAFARTALA HIGH SCHOOL. AND ONCE I LEAVE THIS ISLAND TOWARDS THE END OF MAY THE CLASSES WILL BE CARRIED ON BY CHRISSY. So no the equipment is not for sale. And the club is still strong and will continue that way.

Val all us girls sure hope you net selling up your equipment :(

We know your not And yes the classes will carry on after you have left. We all love coming each week and its great that new members are joining in all the fun too. I am looking forward to joining you this year going back to the school again. The pupils enjoyed it so much last year and their performance at the orange festival was fantastic.

Shouldn't Spider's post be in the Double entendre thread?

Hi Val, just to go off topic, for which please excuse me, has Bill sold any or all his model aircraft gear yet, and what are you going to do with it all if unsold by the time you leave?

Spider thank you great photos !! its Pipie here .

The last time I saw line dancers they performed at Tatlisu festival.

I sat at the back and watched the locals, who really appreciated the performance lots of nodding of heads to each other in showing appreciation of the line dancers. I really admired them that night as they had travelled from Lapta and arrived at the festival very early a very very long day for them, however they performed wonderfully even though they had been at Tatlisu for hours and then had a long treck home to Lapta way, a great bunch with talent !!

Pipie thank you so much for those lovely comments you made. We have been told we have 3 hours to teach the students one dance. students we have never met. it is to be performed on March 9th at Anafartala School Girne at the Foriegn Language Day so no pressure. Come along and watch them. We thik there are 8 girls and two boys. We start this Wed for 40 minutes Thursday 55 minutes same next week and then they have to perform it in public. Challenge or what.

Just to confirm that Kibris Line Dance Society will continue after Val returns to the UK. Please note that our music equipment is NOT for sale. We are a very happy group and we enjoy our dancing and will continue to do so.
