A couple of questions for the learned on this forum. If you live on a big complex say like Turtle Bay,Sweetwaterbay,Buffavento which have over 100 dewellings on each all owned by foreigners,Brits,Turks,Swedes etc and these complexes are lets say approx 60-100 donnums does this mean that the GC or GCs who claim to own the land would have to issue a summons against each individual ?

If the ruling is passed against the Orams then any such summons could only be upheld in an EU member state.?

If the person who has purchased the Villa/appartment is not in possession of his Kochans then technically the builder still owns the land and the GC would have to issue a summons against the builder?

Your thoughts Ladies/Gentlemen please.

I would have thought that any deed holder would have an obligation to answer any summons .
