Don't see why not we buy it in other parts of Turkey in the supermarkets.

what do you call "fresh milk"? We normally have long life milk available in shops in TRNC. .does that count as fresh or what?

i lived in turkey for four years before moving here and fresh milk was very hard to find then but that was 2 years ago maybe its changed a bit now

yes its Sut, didn't really have trouble finding it in Turkey, cant get used to UHT/Long Life, not the same in your Corn Flakes.

Migros have it also Tansas and Kippa it is not easily available in ordinary supermarkets.

Antalya will be no problem and they also have a Carfour the shopping type malls are outside the city near to the airport and on the other side near Celebi marina.
