Here is a picture of me and my uncle. Well I look a little younger than him but his memory is better than mine.

Well, I am trying not to let anything get me down and not even the moderating task on C44. We are called all sorts of things in abusive e.mails we get but we take it all in our stride. Actually some of the accusations are quite ingenious and creative

I saw that young guy with the purple jersey on...i seen him in a bar in Girne, he had a few Girls on each arm..he was dancing on the tables singing and then he went on to have a drinking competition..is that who you take after elko....

I had two of those purple jerseys and gave one to my uncle. You are exaggerating, I had only one in each arm, not a few.

btw iligitimae non carborundum - I am sorry to hear that the Moderators are getting abusive emails - that is just not fair, Unfortunately there are those who refuse to recognise that "free speech" carries responsibilities and "fair comment" is not pursuing ones own vendettas regardless of ill effects on innocent and vulnerable third parties and who insist in repeating spiteful innuendo ad nauseum. I am sure the mods were right in their "clean up" and that Cyprus 44 and responsible and well intentioned posters will benefit in the long run.
