I'm posting for a friend. Does anyone know of someone? She has been told by 1 person they will only do for Cypriots, but told by another that they thought somewhere would do for Brits.

if the person on the title deeds has a resident and work permit, Iktisat bank will, but only if the person is working in the TRNC and can show an income.

I'm sure that if you have a good enough Pension that Iktisat bank will also give a mortgage to Brits. Depending on the size of the mortgage of course and if your income will easily cover it.

Your friend could go to a bank and ask.
