if you travel across into the ROC and get a 90 day stamp on the 7th Feb, then travel over again on the 23rd Feb and only get a 30 day, when does your stamp run out?

You dont normally get another stamp until the first one runs out but i would imagine the second cancels out the first. You can never make sense of it believe me i have been trying to for nearly ten years. It was easier when you couldnt cross you didnt have to worry about stupid stamps! cos you had to stay put or go to Turkey.

When you leave TRNC you get an exit stamp which automatically cancels your entry stamp. Therefore on returning your new entry stamp defines the period of your stay.

You have 30 days.

I know this has been addressed, but just to give another perspective.

The stamps are NOT multiple entry, they are single entry. Therefore, when you leave the country, your current stamp is no longer valid. Your new stamp dictates how long you can stay.

This reduction in visa validity is, of course, one of the ways they answer people not bothering to get their "residency".
