my house is built on land with no mortgage on it so is it just the house i own that has been built on an otherwise piece of wasteland in a place called arapkoy which doesnt even have a proper road into it but will have when the developments finished and it will get finished so surely our money must be contributing to the trnc economy which is what we wanted it to do in the first place or have i lost the plot anyway im coming out tomorrow to see my house will be their for 2 weeks happy xmas to u all xxxx les and karen

I aint bovered at all about the land ,who owns it ,whether it is mortgaged, what its worth ,who gets compensation, whether there will be a settlement,is the plot parcelised, cos as previously mentioned our Villa is built on a steep hill and the plot keeps changing as the months go by and long before anything is finalised we will be in the sea !!!!!

Welcome to Arapkoy. There is more to Arapkoy then a not so good road.

We have a residents association and you would be welcomed as a

member.

Hope you take the time to get to know your neighbours.

Come on guys. Forget Arapkoy. Crazy name, crazy place , crazy natives.

Lets get real, where do the big boys, and girls, play.

We're talking serious here! The next hottest property market after North

Cyprus is......................

Mars!

http://www.marsshop.com/

Check it out, no PTP, no CG's turning up 40 years later whinging,

"this was my uncle's farm before you ruined it by turning it into a luxury development! I want it put back to what it was so I can sell it to a developer!"

It an be yours! I've already secured my plot, but I seem to have lost it!
