Does Fuzzy face accept Childish as an official language of the TRNC? If so, he could make a fortune as an official translator

Morally - Yes Legally - No The law needs to based on morals and ethics, not just in the TRNC but worldwide to stop this sort of legal mugging happening.

The K5 incident was so so so so so wrong! The people who brought should not have lost their properties!!! Unfortunately the real crook has been let off! This would have been prevented if the contract registration law was enforced quicker.... However lots of people preferred to pay 1.5% stamp duty and not register their contracts within a 21 day period which allowed such crooks to take advantage! The lawyers at the time should have insisted that certain safe guards where put in place when all these people brought. There is a similar situation with the Olive tree or Olive homes site NCP built where you have a mortgage in place... God help the owners there!!!!

If the 'powers that be' don't know right from wrong morally and in terms of basic human rights and won't implement the urgent changes necessary, then God help TRNC. Currently they think 'all's rosy in the garden' for them short term - how about in the long term?
