rowlo you've got it wrong mate,... he will stay England manager longer than he will stay Spuds manager

The contract England will offer him will be too tempting,... and you know how "arry" loves a few quid

The deals done

The FA are not interviewing any one else or giving any hints, the euro's are around the corner and no sign of a new manager.

Its arry and the FA have been told to leave off until the end of the season.

Mind you, I can remember back in the days of Alf Ramsay when I thought he was an idiot for dropping Jimmy Greaves. Huh, what do I know?

Cannot understand why he is even being considered for the England manager's job, his past record is nothing to shout about. Perhaps it was a press sympathy reaction after he was not found guilty?

Quarmby, I have to agree with you.

arry has been around for years and nobody ever mentioned his name with the England manager's job.

Media frenzy again...... out of control.

I watched the programme "Hold the back page" on Sky this morning and Brian Woolnough made a statement that Phil Jones should have been given the captains job against Holland because he's going to be the captain for the next 10 years anyway.......... how arrogant is that.

Phil Jones may one day be a decent player but that day is a long way off at the moment.

Psycho has stated he doesnt want the england job so there is no prob on that front , and what is Ironic at the moment is that spurs have not gone and extended harry's contract if they did they may get more compo if harry was appointed to job

Rowlo:

What game did you watch yesterday as Spurs were hardly taken apart, certainly not for the first hour, as accepted by Fergie. Good goal disallowed for (deliberate?) handball by most teams favourite ref (not). The score did not reflect the possession, shots on target, corners, just Spurs forwards are not as good as the chances they get, Man U's were. Now with a decent defence and attack, that includes Bale and VDV, Spurs could get third. They will get fourth if they are lucky.............

Well for someone who takes teams in trouble and gets them out of the shit, I think Harry's record is second to none...

Do England need that kind of attention, I believe they do. I may be wrong...

At least Harry doesn't consult the fairies on team selection and tactics - remember Glenn Hoddle who was England's most successful manager....

Now then Stan?

He's always writing about our south London neighbours.

Ever thought he does it to wind people like your good self up?

Looks like he's succeeding!

PS; he's not biased he just lives and breathes north London's senior team.
