Accounts Payable/Account Receivable/Sales Audit

This position consists of heavy accounts payable processing and reconciliation of accounts, account receivable maintenance, and auditing of daily sales work.

Candidates must possess:

• Accounting degree

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to efficiently handle a large work load

• A keen eye for details and extremely meticulous about their work

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email and/or phone with vendors, customers and salespersons

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Excel)

Candidates should have:

• Two to three years experience in an accounts payable position

- Prior experience in accounts payable,payroll and other accounting functions.

- Degree in either Accounting/Business /Finance or other related field preferred.
