Need help with English TV in Paphos

Hi there, my grandparents have recently had trouble with their TV. There both in their 90's now so have a little trouble getting around.



They used to have the full sky tv package, but recently they have only been able to watch CNN and Sky News, the other channels show up on the listings but cannot be accessed. They have both a 4.2 meter dish and a smaller dish linked to it. My parents are currently over there right now, hoping to help but we are not totally sure how to go about this. We've been quoted £250 installation and £250 a year for 'dreambox', if we took a sky digital box and working subscription from the UK over would this work?



Any advice is welcome, although these internet TV packages are surely out of the question, as ease of use if the priority for them.
