There are , of course, many views on what the "history" of Cyprus is.

Let each side to the conflict post them here.

Here are the rules:

Everyone posts what they believe.

No one is allowed to respond to or contradict anyone else's view.

The purpose of this is to allow everyone to explore other's beliefs not to contradict and rubbish them.

All views are valid.

Remember, above all, "The truth is what we believe."

Izzet

Many years ago I was the newly appointed CEO (ROFL) of a software company in Seattle. We decided to engage the highly paid motivational expert for the sales force. He held a three day seminar for the entire company.

The first thing he did was produce a toilet roll. Anyone who said anything negative was made to hold it until someone else said something negative when he got it.

Daft as it seems, it worked, we went from struggling to No 1, in our field in three months. Sadly we can't do that here. However, please do something for US here.

Please delete any post which is critical or negative in any way. We don't have to agree with everyone but we should be listening. Try it. It will astonish everyone.

It really is time people started to understand each other.

blimey Harlequin. We are going to need several days to digest all this.

I am very curious. What did the facilitator class as negative? Did he class constructive criticism as negative as well? Could the group only focus on solutions?
