Unfortunatley with the likes of Matt, running this Scam, it puts other people who advertise on here in a bad light.

We never expect a deposit unless it is a colour we cannot supply and have to have it specially painted.if the customer changed their minds we would be left with a bill from the ali supplier AND a colour we may never be asked for again.



I asked the forum editors if they could remove the derogatory remarks pertaining to the old fly...sadly it would be too difficult.

I was in the company of a gentleman this afternoon (nothing to do with screens)when he realised that I am the voice on the phone.He said " you were high priced BUT the quality,service ,fitting and the manners of the Twins were excellent.I have seen some utter rubbish and don't know why people go for cheap n cheerful as they will not last-good money after bad"

Moxie....what size are the patios + 1 window??

I did a quick calculation on our prices and on average sizes and we would be more than £100 less than that(and some folks say were pricey !!! £380 is OTT)

I placed a small order with the company flyscreensrus.



I paid the requested £100 deposit. A few days later I was informed that the fly screens were made and that they would be installed in a few days.



After reading the "stories" such as some of those above, I had some doubts, so I requested my deposit back.



Guess what?























You were wrong!



The deposit was returned within a couple of hours, no questions asked.



I have no connection with any of the people involved.

That surprises me as you were informed that the screens were made,you had given a deposit(which,if you were given the obligatory receipt makes a legal & binding contract)so to get your money back at that late stage was most unusual....... hmmmmm,I will have to mull that one over.Odd,very odd.

When mine were made by my local company I didn't pay a penny (kurus) until they were fitted, Hukul in Catalkoy, cheaper than any of the so called "fly screen companies" and he takes a pride in his work
